Marty Stuart

Marty Stuart is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who has been active in country and bluegrass music since 1968. Born John Martin in Philadelphia, Mississippi in 1958, he was nicknamed Marty after Marty Robbins. Stuart started his career as a bluegrass prodigy, touring with Lester Flatt and then in Johnny Cash’s band. Five-time GRAMMY award winner, Country Music Hall of Fame and AMA Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. He is joined by his long-time band The Fabulous Superlatives.
